Easy granola recipe

The healthy,light,quick,and delicious snack! This snack is really good for on the go, and is filled nutrition.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Rolled oats
1/3 cup toasted shredded coconut
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (slightly heated)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (dark chocolate seems to taste best but whichever you like is fine) 1/4 cup dried fruit (cranberries or blueberries work best)
3 tablespoons honey (slightly heated -10 seconds in microwave)
1 teaspoon and 1⁄2 teaspoons chia seeds
1⁄2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Roll and compress the mixture into 1 inch rounds or push down into a pan for bar shape and place on parchment paper
- Refrigerate about 10-15 minutes until firm and then transfer to an air tight container.
