Chicken Alfredo is a rich creamy dish that is even more delicious when the noodles are homemade. The steps for making the homemade pasta noodles are really easy and fast. We hand rolled the dough then let it sit in the refrigerator over night. We then cut the dough into fat fettuccine noodles, and let them sit and dry. We let our water boil fully then put the noodles in for 90 seconds. For  making the sauce it was optional.

Noodle Ingredients:

1 1⁄2 teaspoon  of salt

1 cup all purpose of  flour

 2 tablespoons  of water

1 teaspsoon of olive oil

Directions:

egg, beaten

salt

all-purpose flour water

olive oil

1. In a medium sized bowl ,combine flour and salt.

2. Make a well in the flour,add the slightly beaten egg  and  oil,and mix. 3. Mixture should form a stiff dough.

4. If needed, stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons water.

5. On a lightly flour Surface,knead dough for about 3to4minutes.

6. With a pasta machine or by hand roll dough out to desired thinness.

7. Use machine or knife to cut into strips of desired width.

 

Alfredo Sauce Ingredients :

 1 1/2 cup heavy cream

 1Tbs butter

 1 bag shredded Parmesan cheese

 1T flour

 1/2 garlic minced

Salt & Pepper to taste

desired pasta (Fettuccini, penne, etc.)

*** protein as desired 1-2 breasts***

Directions:

a pan brown garlic in butter.

2. Addheavycream.

3.  Bring to a rolling boil then turn to. low(Stirring constantly).

4. Add flour to parmesan cheese and shake to  coat.Add parmesan cheese to pan.

5. Simmer is until all is  melted,and mixed well , about 15–20 minutes low

6. Season with salt and pepper.

7. Add protein(pre-cooked chicken)to sauce.

8.  Use fettuccini , rigatoni or any pasta to eat.
