Churro cheesecake bites


Amili Chavarria


  • 2 bars Philadelphia cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup of sour cream 
  • Two eggs
  • Teaspoon of vanilla extract 
  • 2 cans of pillsbury crescent dough
  • Cinnamon and sugar mixture (amount is up to you) 

Optional ingredients 

  • Condensed milk
  • Nutella
  • Strawberry’s 


  • Preheat the oven for 350º f.
  • grease a 9×13 cake pan and cover the bottom with a mix of cinnamon and sugar.
  • Place one of the crescent roll cans across the bottom of the pan.
  • In a blender put your two bars of cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Blend thoroughly to have a creamy texture.
  • If the blend is not sweet enough add some condensed milk or sugar to the mix.
  • Spread cheesecake mixture over top of the crescent roll in the pan.
  • Lay the other crescent roll dough on top of the cheesecake mix.
  • Coat with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool and refrigerate for an hour and cut in squares.
  • Cut up strawberries if you have them and put them over top of the cheesecake bites with Nutella and condensed milk.
