Austin Griffin was a star on our football team. He was on varsity all 4 years with a total of 116 tackles even with being out of all of the playoff games due to a  hamstring tear in the last game of the regular season.  Austin has played football for 10 years now, he started in flag football in third grade. Griffin also did track for a couple years and he really enjoys it. 

“I also really  enjoy dirt biking,being on the lake, camping, duck hunting, and just being outside in general,” Griffin said. 

Even though Griffin had a great high school experience and loved meeting new people and getting the opportunity to do things that he wouldn’t have tried before he is looking forward to attending NorthWest Lineman college in Meridian Idaho, which is very close to Boise, and getting trained to be a lineman. 

 “I’d have to say some of my favorite memories from high school would have to be getting to play football and travel with all my teammates or welding in the ag shop with my closest friends.”

Griffin is a great team leader and has helped the whole senior class with getting all of our senior activities in line. He has enjoyed his time in high school but can not wait to start the next chapter of his life.
