The boys varsity golf team has just won their 6th consecutive Regional Tournament Title on Tuesday September 21st at Cobble Creek and will be moving onto state in Denver.

       “The boys golf team has had an outstanding season, and we are excited to be the top team in the Southwestern League as well as winning another regional championship,” said coach Steven Skiff.

         Noah Richmond, Jake Legg, Liam Beshoar, and Connor Bell have qualified to play in the CHSAA Boys State Golf Tournament in Denver on October 4th and 5th.

         “They are excited to play in the event and I think we can compete for a team title as well as an individual title,” said Skiff.

         Luckily, COVID has had very little effects on their season this year.

       “There are still a few COVID restrictions in place, but for the most part golf has been back to normal this year. With it being an outdoor sport that makes a huge difference in COVID protocols,” said Skiff.
